Colonel Tarun Bhatia (Retired), an alumnus of NDA Khadakvasla with over 37 years of experience in leadership, training, and recruitment, with a profound understanding of personnel selection, psychological assessment, and teamwork, invaluable in shaping the future leaders of the Armed Forces. The Officer is a qualified Interviewing Officer from Defence Institute of Psychological Research and holds degrees in MBA, MSc (IT) and MA (Psychology).
As Deputy President, 31 SSB, Selection Centre North, Jalandhar, oversaw functioning of the Selection Board and assessed 13522 candidates in Preliminary Testing Phase and interviewed 1253 candidates.
